Vortech e85 question and help

Have 91 on the car now with regular pulley from kit tuned on 91. What's the process of going e85 ? Just found a station near me and would like more power. Can I use a smaller pulley then? Would I need to upgrade some parts such as fuel injectors and fuel pump? How much power have you guys on e85 made? Input would be fantastic. Thanks!!

A smaller pulley
A fuel pump
Upgraded injecotrs
E85 tune

And a few extra goodies I assume

I have everything but the tune. But I want a boost limiter valve and boost controller to go back to 9 psi and 93 octane

Pulley, pump, injectors and a new tune.

A full header/exaust setup would be a big help as well if you dont have one.

I would assume in case he is somewhere that he can't get E85. Unfortunately with the supercharger as is, once you run the smaller pulley, you're always making more boost, you can't lower the boost if you have to run 91/93 octane (unless you have a limiter valve like he wants)

Having the option of not running all that power on the engine also prolonging the life of other components.clutch. engine. Tires. Speeding tickets. also if i Cant get e85 if on a road trip etc. Also Idk of anyone has a vortech 12 psi on pump 91 or 93

Have a test pipe and catback now. The header and op are being made as we speak. Well that's always good to know! I guess I gotta hit up Visconti. Wonder if I can hit 300hp or more. Flex fuel would be rad too

Flex fuel wouldnt be a bad idea, what header did you go with?

Looking foward to seeing your numbers!

A certain company is making me a set now. I'll say when it's done since I may not be able to say who quite yet since I'm not then. Header will be two to six months and in development.

I'm looking forward to see my numbers too haha. I'm just waiting on Visconti to hear about his options for e85. I haven't been able to get a hold of him for two weeks which kinda sucks after dropping 4k on a product...

Have you filled out a ticket request in his site? If not, it might be months before you get a hold of him...
