18x18.5 +22 square??
For comparison, heres my setup on the left and your question setup on the right.
Stock suspension no camber 18x9.5 +38 square Yes i know the fronts poke, im planning to go to a 8.5 44 up front

What wheels are they? With some wheels you could machine the mounting face down a little to change the 22 to closer to a 30
