Well, if that would hold true, you should never go out of your house right??

If there is one company that has had a record for awesome QA and consistent design its Nameless, so at lest that way you can be sure you are minimizing the chances. I mean this for real, not talking bullshit out of my ass

Just because my car has the worst luck (twins curse?) doesn't mean I'm gonna hold up in the house

^ This,

I think you may have some tolerance stack up going the wrong way. I would pull the catback section off, loosen the hangers etc, loosen and adjust the flange at the header to get it situated, then work your way back.

I don't have any clearance issues with mine on the street or the track.
@Kregar, do you have the stock exhaust manifold?

same thing happening with my nameless, its bolted to my avo turbo kit though, so i figured that might have been the reason. its not a super big deal, but its annoying at a stop.

I had same issue with AVO/Nameless. I had to use some "hammer workaround" to get it completely to not touch. When you get a chance, loose the connections and try moving the turbo discharge pipe as high as possible.

Loosen everything up a bit, push the overpipe up from the bottom, then tighten the overpipe to the header as tight as you can before letting go. Worked for me.
