I kind of wish they went with Pandora, but w/e Subaru.
Hopefully the voice recognition does well.

I'd have preferred steering wheel mounted audio controls over the additional media features on this unit.

I think they planned to never have steering controls on the wheel and I'm 99% sure there won't be any when the car comes out.

Edit: I retract my statement, I just went on another thread and someone posted a pic with steering controls...I think everyone on here can say we've never seen this before and I'm very confused right now?

For those Future BRZ owners, here are some videos about the new Aha Radio system. The iPhone Aha Radio app is available on iTunes now, and I've been playing with it for a little while and I really like the content they have lined up so far. The content will be free, other than data usage charges (Thank God I have a grandfather unlimited data plan). Check it out, and I hope this is an option upon initial release.

I'm confused as to how it is safer to use icons on a touch screen on the dash with a new UI as opposed to icons on a touch screen on your phone with a familiar UI?

Perhaps because you can use the steering wheel controls?

I think you are correct given the fact that the video inside the car shows the steering wheel with controls..
