Most if not all the advice you received above was assuming you were autocrossing with the scca. Based on your post above you can probably ignore all of it.

I'm not fond of cone busting. Too many good tracks around here in SOCAL.

In NASA

you'd be in the C class. Just from the HP/weight ratio alone. Possibly into B if you peak your HP over 240ish.

So thats TTC, PTC... ect thats assuming you spend a lot of time figuring out how to use those mods in HDPE for a while. As far as being competetive, you'd have a much longer list to finish off after many years of polishing your driving on the same track over and over.
