real, proper 3M automotive molding tape, i've got no problem trusting plastic spoilers to.

6 years in, and my spoilers holding fine.

the only area i had to change to something different was my louvers, but that had clear indications at the initial install that it wouldn't hold due to off-center bolts putting leverage on the adhesive surface. anything that puts an equal pressure across the adhesive surface should really never have a problem.
