Clicking noises over bumps sounds more something with suspension/shocks, maybe bushings, not wheel studs (you have properly torqued wheel lugnuts by needed torque value, and lugnuts are not hand-turn loose, right?).
Not sure why one cannot bring up to dealership, IIRC part unrelated shouldn't affect warranty on other parts in US. Just that many have low trust in competency of average dealership techs.

I've had worn/bad sway end links that clicked over bumps. Worth investigating.
