My car might be delivered by december, takes 6 months to get a licence here... starting from whenever I get the time to book a driving test...
This is gonna be fun LOL, I wanted an M3 but they are too old in my price range maybe next car. |

Congrats on the FR-S.
I'm in 4th year engineering as well, graduating very soon but I cannot find the nerve to spend a large chunk of my savings on a FR-S. Enjoy the vehicle!

But the way I see it is that money will come and money will go. Maybe this will motivate me even more to work harder instead of slacking off (I seem to work my hardest when I'm backed into a corner :P ) What I DO know for sure, however, is that I won't get these years back. I want to look back at these university years and have SOME sort of story/memory in terms of a car. Be it a stupid regret or an awesome decision! I've paid not only for the car, but for the experience it will surely deliver. |

I don't necessarily have an issue with spending the money, instead what I'm spending it on. Every time I want to pull the trigger, I think about how $30k would help with purchasing a house in the future. At the moment I still have the S2000 so I'm not exactly bored-to-death with my vehicle, I just get all giddy when I see a FR-S drive by. It has a "super car" esque presence which is hard to not notice. I know in time I'll hopefully to be able to afford all the finer things in life...until then, study study and more studying.
