I used the full 5.8, but I also let it drain for an extended period of time (~15 minutes). I am over the full line a bit, but not significantly. I used Amsoil 0W-20 with the OE replacement filter (tall skinny one).
Sidenote: 0W-20 sucks, its like water... very difficult to get a good read on the level especially since the dipstick is not knurled. I kept adding, running the car, waiting, and checking until the upper bubble stayed filled in when I checked it. |
