P119E,P119F,P219A BANK 1 AIR-FUEL RATIO IMBALANCE FOR PORT INJECTION

Kinda looks like 1 or more bank 1 injectors is taking a dump. That might cause the startability problem too. The tech should be able to look at the data from when the code was thrown and determine of it's the DI or PI injectors. @Ultramaroon you can look at that info can't you? You can tell stuff like fuel pressure, RPM etc at the time when a code was thrown?
Oh, indeed. The data captured in a snapshot is impressive. This might help.

FA20 ENGINE CONTROL: SFI SYSTEM: P119E,P119F,P219A; Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance for Port Injection; 2016 MY FR-S [05/2015 - ]

P119F refers to DI. There's only one upstream O2 sensor (air/fuel sensor, whatever) so it's all "bank 1."

FA20 ENGINE CONTROL: SFI SYSTEM: P1604; Startability Malfunction; 2016 MY FR-S [05/2015 - ]

It would be good to see LTFT.

I got both codes P119F P219A at 600 miles on my 2017 toyota 86. had it checked out at the local dealership, they weren't sure what was wrong so they just cleared the codes and gave me the car back.

At 1280 miles it came back again! took it to the same dealership. They asked me what gas I put in it. I said premium from whatever gas station I happen to pass by. They went on and cleaned all the gas lines, injects etc. drove it for 10 miles and gave me back the car with instructions to fill up at Chevron from now on?!?

At 2100 miles it came back on my drive home. I had a busy day the next day so I didn't get a chance to drop it off at the dealership but I scheduled an appointment for the day after. That morning of day 3 I started the car and the check engine light didn't come on. Drove the car to work with no issues so I decided to cancel the appointment.

Currently I'm almost at 2300 miles and scared this issue will come back.

So they haven't tried the DI ECU/Driver which seems an obvious place to check/swap. Or the HPFP.

On Wednesday the dealership I work at are going to check the pistons with a boroscope and also check the valve clearances. Pretty much do what the repair manual says to do when those codes come up. They already changed the injectors so we shall see what happens
