Ok if you can measure the voltage on the desolxered pin 103 and it is near 5v then no need to make connection

103 = 0v cuted
97 = 3v -+5
103 target = 3v before cut line

there are PLLVcc = 3.3v in 95 pin
95 connect to 96 + 94 dirct
94 = MDC
96 = MDD

Do you have any salvage yards around you that could source you a used ECU? Used ECUs in USA run about $50-$100...
