Ok if you can measure the voltage on the desolxered pin 103 and it is near 5v then no need to make connection

I cannot access file maybe i dont have permission

If you can jist lift pin 103 slightly this should be enough maybe use smal blade to apply some pressure then a little heat from very small soldering iron

i cant solder microcontroller . it is soo same i cut the link . as above

103 = 0v cuted
97 = 3v -+5
103 target = 3v before cut line

there are PLLVcc = 3.3v in 95 pin
95 connect to 96 + 94 dirct
94 = MDC
96 = MDD

Hopefully you can get a cheap secondhand ecu
