Its suppose to... its the bypass valve. If it didn't open under light/partial throttle you would always be under pressure, increasing drag hurting fuel mileage. Think about it, cruising at 75 mph, you would have 4lbs or so for no reason, creating more drag on the engine hurting fuel mileage..

because its too close to the plastic right?? i trimmed the plastic that was in the way on a BRZ that had aftermarket radiator.. i think i had to slide it a little to one side also.

Disclaimer: I am being lazy as hell, and haven't looked myself yet.

With that out of the way, does anyone have a dyno comparing a C30 on pump gas to a C30 on E85?

Or the same comparison to a C30 with the high boost pulleys on pump gas to E85?

@Barbas - shoot me an email with some pictures; cjweidl@group-a-eng.com

You can PM them here as well if that is more convenient for you. That way I can see what is going on with regards to your specific setup.

@xDanger_208x - They help quiet down the drive system noise. You SHOULD already have these. If not, please PM me and I can get these going out to you.

@KraftWerks
I'm almost certain mine are smooth. The belt whine is crazy loud so if mine are cogged I'd hate/love to hear the smooth idlers.
I'll check in a bit and let you know.

Drag radials are awesome for 60' times, but also put a lot more stress on the drivetrain. I wouldn't be surprised if a NA car also broke axles with DRs.

Lowered and track cars regularly snap axles, even NA.
