I need to stop opening these things up but I like to try different things. Sometimes I'm my own worst enemy LOL.

I don't think there are enough points of contact with the screws to actually draw it tight uniformly around the housing.

Ready for reinstall. It was nice working with a new housing. I might buy a new drivers side housing so it looks as good as this one. No pry marks anywhere and you would never know this wasn't a factory housing. The seams are perfect all around.

Loool. Mate, next time bake them for only 2 or 3 minutes enough for the glue to start going slightly soft and work your way after that with a heatgun . No mess or f'ed up lenses anymore. Same when you put them back together.

Has the OP had any reinstallation issues with the front bumper? I have just read that reinstallation causes the connection by the fender to not fit perfectly and flush. Any thoughts on the matter?

I want to open my headlights but if the front bumper wont fit right again i may be hesitant. Is there a way to take out the headlight without taking off the front bumper?

Yes, every since I removed my front bumper the corners nearest the headlight have been a 1-2 millimeters away from flush. I have seen this multiple times on different FR-S's and I don't see any way around it, unfortunately.

_F-R-S_ and I did ours at the same time. We each left a little chrome accent, but ours are slightly different. Without further adieu, here are mine. Oh yeah, and we finished it up right as Sandy hit. Good thing I made a tarp tent to cover my car while putting it back together haha.
