I just got back from San Diego. I've been having some issues with the tenants at that house, so haven't wanted to aggravate things, but they are moving out in two weeks so now I don't care, haha.
Maybe sometime this next week we can get together at the shop? Will there be a sunny day?

Haha, yeah, well I get to keep the security deposit for everything they don't fix, so let them leave the holes.
I'm going to look at the forecast this weekend and make the final call for which day we will meet. It really needs to be a dry day, ya know?

Yeah, I was just down there last week... but it rained while we toured Alcatraz and rained while we rode coasters at Magic Mountain! Thank a lot California!
