They are here, getting them ready now.
I am including a Small Thumb Drive with each unit that has the latest Downloads from Vishnu. So as of right now each unit is updated and ready. @4azcats we should be applying the Stage 1 tune to your car tonight I look forward to hearing what you think of it.
Tomorrow we will be doing @Shad0ez LCP, Intake and Stage 2 E85 tune. Should be fun!

I just checked on google maps and the route I'm talking about is the White Spar Highway that goes through yarnell.

Basically there's 2 major twisty sections before hitting Prescott. The first is what I've attached, then a slightly milder section before Prescott, separated by a long stretch of gentle curves.

It's been a while since I've driven it. If I weren't doing the AZ Solo Driver's School tomorrow, I'd drive it myself just to get reacquainted with it.

So, where are the cops posted on this route?

What I do like about this route is that it is one to take during the day. I wouldn't want to tackle it at night. Too damn dangerous. The 88 is freaky enough at night without the near deadly drops that the twisties up to Prescott have. So, it's easier to see ahead.

Anyway, question about the driver's school tomorrow. Besides making sure I have nothing rattling around inside the car and needing to get a loaner helmet at the event, is there anything else I need to know or should bring?

Bring food and water.

Wear layers, and gloves would be helpful.

Look for the silver (err, Argento) FR-S (mine) and the blue BRZ (GotM's).

See you there.

The pic you posted is of Yarnell hill. Thats before the spars. That is the most patrolled region. And typically where they setup bike traps etc. They do patrol the FULL LENGTH but they typically only sit around the hill. The spars... typically more towards Prescott. I have been pulled over for being "suspicious" every time I have ever ridden a motorcycle up through there by the same officer. lol

I don't want to post too detailed in a public thread but you get the idea of it. Its a small town and they really dont need to patrol their own side streets. (Yarnell).

But those spars... mmm its been a few months for me. When i bought my frs the first thing I did was fill up and drove straight to the spars. Just kept pulsing the throttle and keeping in different gears / rpms the entire drive to break it in. Let the engine cool down a few times etc.

That is a great road. I travel it often when I go from Yuma, home to see my parents in Prescott. I have never seen any cops on it, past Yarnell (so going from Yarnell to Prescott). On Wednesday morning I was leaving Prescott, heading back to Yuma, and it was snowing from Prescott all the way to Yarnell. That made for a slower, and interesting drive...

Also fun is going from Prescott Valley to Cottonwood, through Jerome. I think it is 12 miles of road and over 100 curves (or something like that; they have a T-shirt for it in Jerome)? Stopping in Jerome and eating lunch at the Haunted Hamburger or the Asylum is highly recommended. I did not go up there over the Thanksgiving Holiday, but I was going to, until my parents reminded me that it had already snowed and frozen a few times in Jerome this year... I have driven that road when it has snow and ice. Scary does not begin to describe it...

Unless it's changed, meeting at 6. I'll be there around then too.

Are there any spots around there with open parking so we can all park together?

Last time we parked to the west of the Fox and Hound (closer to Wal-Mart) and were able to park next to each other.

Want to show up a little earlier and we can get your car tuned before everyone shows up?

Also @captain_jack I need your help, the 408 is back together and ready to be picked up in the morning so we can put it back in the Vette and hopefully get that back on the road this weekend. Can you help with the truck in the morning? Also the Sub you had me order will be here Wednesday.
