Yup, it's awesome. E85 like performance on pump gas. Holds to redline, no issues despite no IC. You DO want a 3 bar MAP for this.

On E85? Holy hell it rips. Spent the better part of the last two days working on the pump gas tune and it looks good so far, should get it out to rest of our innovate people in the next week or so. Just waiting on confirmation from some of the folks to make sure the new tune is doing its job.

ETA on the pulleys is pending, we want to make sure these hold up good over time. 0 issues so far on the stock Innovate belt.
so jus heard u got some new parts put on and higher numbers....hows that tune coming? and cant wait to hear how the new parts are (ill let you post up what u installed)

Mike,

Let me know about the pulley's when they are available. I know Innovate is working on some but of course I have a few customers interested in getting a little more power soon from the 70mm pulley.

From what we tested the 70mm pulley should work with the belt in the 75mm kit. Just an FYI.

Also any reason why you need the bigger MAP sensor? We have a lot of customers out there with no problems on the OEM map sensor and the MAF sensor has plenty of room for tuning. But if there is a reason why would be interested in hearing. I do apologize if this was already stated, but I can not keep up with the thread, along with every other car we work on.

Cheers,
William Knose

@moto-mike @Dezoris do you happen to have the part number for the injector o-rings?

This right here is what we've need for this kit. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...postcount=1261

This makes the kit complete no more un-tuneable kit comments from @Dezoris, no more guess work.
@moto-mike, since you are a lot closer to me than Florida will you be able to supply and base your tune around this important intake sensor?

The above is not necessary on this setup currently. We've thought about making it, but put it on the back burner because: there's no IC, and it is a supercharger. The temperature increase will always be the same delta for any given RPM/boost. That means we can just scale the timing maps appropriately with RPM/boost using solely the 3 bar MAP sensor (or stock MAP sensor for stock pulley with some loss of resolution in the 5-9 psi transition areas). Other temperature increases (i.e. heat soak, hot weather) will be directly proportional to coolant and air temp, so there is absolutely 0 practical need for this at present. Once the IC comes out it will be a different story. So until we see a real need for it, you're better spending your cash on something with more tangible results.

Thanks you are correct that using thermo-dynamics the temperature post supercharger should be predictable, didn't know you guys were that sophisticated most tuners aren't.

What about a guy who only wants a 50-60 hp boost is the intercooler something you would wait for? I am all about avoiding complexity when it comes to mods.
