I have an attorney friend who worked as an adjuster for State Farm for 7 years and as a fraud agent for Allstate for 6 and then decided to become an attorney. He tells me that they laugh about something call the 3 D's @ the insurance companies. DELAY/DENY/DISCOURAGE. The actuaries tell them that if you do this 42% of the people will give in and take their offers.

Did you ask the dealer what their hourly labor rate is? I know mechanical repair is usually close to 100/hr, but you were quoted at 42/hr by the adjuster, is that the same rate your dealer's body shop charges? Maybe its some sort of standard rate that I'm just unaware of

And for the offer... There is really nothing I can do if it won't reach the 75%...

According to your link the machine can read accuracy to the millimeter so Im guessing that the numbers displayed are deviations in mm and which direction they are not to spec.

Anything other than 00 or OK means your shit is crooked. Now why there's a L and R reading per corner I dont quite get

Update:

Called the Body Shop..

They said because my car is so new.. They don't even know the EXACT labor and the price of the parts. Call back tomorrow.

However, they did say that what they discovered right now so far is that they will have to replace sheet metal from almost middle of the car to the end of my car.
They will also use a frame straighter to meet OEM specification.

They also said there is buckling of the roof. (What exactly does that mean?) (Repairable they say)

Also, just a few question. When they use a frame straightener, wouldn't the chassis be weakened? You're pulling on all side of the car. Sure, it meets OEM specification of length and height. But it won't be as strong as before when it crashes.. Because there is work done to the frame, wouldn't airbag deployment also be off as the airbags timing would be off.
In addition, the FRS is a unibody car. Once the crumple zone are damaged, they are no longer predictable how they will react during the next crash or accident.
Take a soda can for example, crush it, pull it back. Sure it's the same length and height, but it won't be strong anymore. It'll have ripple.

If I'm correct, the car will NEVER drive the same as before right?

I have had three cars involved in accidents that required significant work. All I can tell you is that none of those cars were the same afterwards. They looked really good, but little issues seemed to constantly be popping up and I am very leery of any insurance company fixing a car with any significant work done (which sounds like your car). I would wait and see what they come back with, but stand your ground if they still insist that the car can be repaired. Express your concerns and threaten to get a lawyer. I bet 90%+ of people out there never say a word and just go forward with the repair.

I had a car with less damage that no wheel alignment on earth could fix and not to mention the weird tire wear pattern. I would take it to the most expensive dealership possible, I don't trust a shop in bed with the insurance company only because I feel they are beholden to the insurance company for referrals/steady revenue stream.

If I were to threaten with a lawyer but not get any... That'll make me look very pathetic.. And lawyers are expensive.

They keep insisting is repairable because it does not hit 75%..

The body shop I used is a certified Toyota body shop. (Dealer)
^ They will use New OEM Toyota Factory parts
The shop told me they will get a correct estimate after they check out the part prices and labor.

Do they know the roof is aluminum? And replacing the whole back of the car sounds sketchy. You might want to get a second opinion on how safe this repair is.
