You can use the USB OBD2 adapters natively on anything with Honeycomb and up. So those head units with Android 4.0 will run Torque. The problem with those, is that they are dual boot systems with Windows CE. There isn't a full native 4.0 head unit yet.

Any issues with video playing or dialing while driving? No by pass needed?

I've posted a few times about my experience with that exact knockoff throughout the thread. If you can deal without having Torque and a capacitive touch screen, the knockoffs are fine.

Yeah, though my concern is that this unit doesn't have exactly the same hardware driving it, that would make it incompatible with the rooted update.
