Don't be mislead by the standard sponsor decals every car has to use when driving a VLN race (H&R, Bilstein etc.)

http://www.bbs-japan.co.jp/pro/pro_i.html i initially thought they were enkeis because of the PF-01, and also because enkei's newest wheel, the Raijin, looks very similar, albeit in a 7x2 spoke design. im actually bummed. i wanted these to be OEM wheels. feels bad man... i also wanted the brakes to be OEM options. but they could also be aftermarket parts used just for the race. although that front caliper design is very unique and i've yet to find more pics of it. the only places where i've seen those brakes were on the FT86 II concept in Frankfurt and on this car. so hope is still alive! nice find for the bbs wheels.
But is it me or are the rear tires on this car a little narrow? If they plan to race this car wouldn't you want a wider wheel/tire?

I believe we are under the impression that the car is in an almost stock class where they can make only minimal adjustments to the car, tires not being one of them.

Yup...speaking of which are they still going to be on the front bumper fender thing or whatever? Cause I don't see it on this prototype and it wasn't on the Subaru version either
