I actually reset it right after i took the picture it jumped to 19.1 when i used up all the gas. I'm trying to figure out what would cause this.

Don't look at the indicator, what are you getting when you fill your tank? 16mpg on a car like this should only happen if you're making 5 minute trips only, or using only 1st gear (or otherwise intentionally wasting gas). Otherwise there's a problem.

Around 19 mpg and its an automatic. The 16 was overall for the 1000 mile break in, I reset it when i filled up im tracking how many miles on this tank to figure out what it and keeping my driving real limited(work only)but this really doesn't add up.

I have 800Mi and 3 full tanks. average 22mpg at 60/40 hi-city. high way speed is 55-60mph and 15-25mph at city. about 6 full stops with in 15miles and a lot of accelerating due to overtaking.

FYI I live in the Philippines w/ a lot of OVERTAKING. Free/Express roads give me around 28-30mpg at 67-69mph. 1st tank used 94 octane 10% ethanol. 2nd tank is 100 Octane 10% ethanol (High Octane fuel). 3rd is 95 octane 10% ethanol.

FYI I frequently travel with companions and with trunk or rear seats loaded with stuff (FULLY loaded ~300lbs)

Temperature here is 25decCel - 38decCel 60% humidity
Tire Pressure is at 32psi cold, Hot-??psi
Added weight from stock is roughly ~50lbs

Did a Change oil at 800mi and I will inform you guys if there are changes. Oil used is Motul 5w40

Good Milage for such a Sporty Car

1200 miles on my car. Best I've got was 23mpg on a tank. The last 2 tanks, I can't seem to get above 20mpg. 90% city driving, and getting just over 200miles on a tank.

I don't understand how you all are getting such good gas mileage, unless you are driving your car unbelievably slow. I'm by no means WOT all the time...but I do drive aggressively 50% of the time. I've tried accelerating incredibly slow, and shifting around 3k RPM. None of that seems to help. I still get below 20.

Happy to know I'm not the only one, we must be doing something wrong or city driving really rips this car. Ive tried a few things and i constantly float between 19 -21 mpg

It would be interesting to plug in a obd Bluetooth adapter and use the torque app on your phone to monitor things while driving. Then find a local member fretting better mileage and do the same. Curious if the timing advance and other things are the same or yours is different.

Ya - either something is seriously wrong with my car, or I just don't believe others are driving their cars hard enough. I will say, however, that I live in a very hilly area. I've always averaged a little less than the "claimed average MPG" in my other vehicles. But, none have been as dramatic as this car.

I've gone through a few tanks now, mpg's are up (surprisingly) after flogging it a bit on some hilly roads last weekend, about 950 miles on the odometer currently.
My last tank, the computer said 25.2mpg, and measuring how much gas I put in and how many miles since my last fill-up,
I calculated that I actually got 29mpg.
Computer currently says average 26.2 right now, so I'll see what I calculate at my next fill-up in a day or two.

yeah my mileage sucks here where I live. I average 23 mpg because of the hills. but once i get out on the freeway itll get to the upper 30s

Mine was 28.5mg before I had the ECU changed out due to the CEL/Idle issue. Haven't had it back long enough to figure out if mpg has changed with new ECU and programming.
