I would suggest starting a separate thread in this forum http://www.ft86club.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=72
Your CC issue is most likely not related and coincidental. You might want to provide a little more detail like if you you have a manual or automatic transmission. I've had this issue with a couple manuals that I've owned over the years. As I recall the first time it was the switch on the clutch that failed and another was the switch on the brake pedal. Both replaced under warranty. |

I've put it in the ticket that I already oppened. I've told John 2 times already it didn't worked and he have not answer already...
I don't want to go to the dealer. With all my mods, they will cancel my garantee. I would have to returned fully stock and even there, they could see that i've put a tune in my ECU i'm pretty sure. It was working before I plugged the Ecutek on my car, so John can certainly do something for that. He can certainly make it work again, I hope. The car is doing a more raspier sound now... Don't know if it's normal. The engine feels slugish for the moment but I know it's pretty normal. |

As others have suggested, flash back to stock, if it still doesn't work then take it to the dealer. If it works on the factory ROM, but not on your updated tune, submit a ticket to Visconti and wait for a reply. That's all you can do right now.

Personally, I would just avoid using cruise control for the time being and wait for John to get back to you about your issues. He has a TON of stuff on his plate right now, so you'll just have to be patient. Plenty of people on this forum have been waiting weeks for his latest tune, flex fuel kits, vortech kits, etc. It may take some time, but he'll take care of you, just be patient. |

The problem is not just that the cruise doesn't worked, the green light don't even come on when I pressed the on/off button, so this is why I think the problem come from the ECU and that it is not siwtches... Everything is working good on my car exept for cruise control... That's weird. |

Noo! I've unmounted the airbag on the steering wheel like 3 weeks ago so I can do some wrapping on the silver trim, after that the cruise was working.
He did not worked anymore by the time i've produced the dumpfiles. Just started a thread in the technical section. |

It is important to have as much detail here as possible.
Granted, EcuTek RR maps can be controlled via the CC stalk, but no reply from Visconti to verify it could be related. Certainly the first I've heard if it is. There is more revealing information below which leads me to believe this is conincidental. It just happened to manifest itself or it was noticed at the time the ROM dump was performed. Who knows, maybe that operation caused the problem? I suggest you revisit your recent mods surrounding the steering wheel. Quote:

You may have to adjust the position of your clutch switch if you have adjusted your clutch pedal height. I know I had to do this after adjusting the height.

What's the status on this? The advice given in the thread is good advice but I didn't see a post from you to verify if you did try flashing back to stock to check and see if that alleviated the problem. Keep us posted!
