Would Springs from Coilovers work on OEM Struts? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

hey this is just hypothetical but, i have stance coils with swift springs. will the swift springs work on my stock struts if i were to swap them? and how low would they go, the normal 1"?

Pretty sure aftermarket coilovers use narrower diameter springs than the stock struts so that's a no go

No, they won't work unless the spring diameter is the same as OEM...which it's not.

They (probably) would with coilover sleeves. Ground Control makes them, but like everything else their prices are completely outrageous.

Edit: And the drop down menu where you choose spring rates seriously made me laugh out loud.
