Sub Not Playing With Factory Radio RCA

Everything is correctly hooked up to the factory radio. Used the RCA input behind the radio and have directed that towards the aftermarket amp and sub. However when I play music, the sub does not play. What's going on with this please help I gotta go to work soon! Thanks!

did you turn the sub on in the stereo settings? turn the stereo off then push the multi-function knob in and hold for a second. it should bring you to a menu that will allow you to enable the sub.

I would suggest the same as mezdup suggested, if not then either your amp doesn't have power, the remote on doesn't have power, or one of your wires isn't hooked up.
