Nope, That's a JDM spoiler. Not sure from which company though -- there's a list of spoilers somewhere on this board.

That's an optional factory aero kit available in parts of Europe and possibly Japan. I've heard it just called the factory upgrade, aero kit, and Nur Spec kit. Carson Toyota in southern California imports these if anybody is interested in buying:

O ok, well I just ordered the jdm trd one anyway, n five axis full kit, so I will be having extra, spoiler..

Does anyone know why they changed the US rear spoiler from the usual GT86/BRZ spoiler? Is there any advantage to those little winglets that extend over the rear fender? The JDM/Euro one is flat in that area, and the US one is angled down a bit... but I notice more and more modern spoilers are extending the sides a bit, even that big STI looking wing has winglets on the sides.
