Had a similar terrible experience at Napleton. Will never go back there again.
I bought my BRZ from Evanston Subaru and they've been fantastic thus far. I can say similarly great things about Autobarn Countryside as well.

Thanks maad! I'll check out both of these references. I've heard a lot of good things about Nino at Umbra in Schaumburg and he just offered me a combo deal for clear coating and tinting at $775

Nino is fantastic. Been getting my cars tinted by him for years!

I'll definitely be getting the work done by Nino. I pulled the trigger today and bout my MT WRB Limited today. I purchased it from Grand Subaru in Bensenville. The internet guy Dan D'Andrea was straight-forward with me and gave me a fair deal on the car and my trade. Everyone there was friendly and let me take a long test drive with my dad (he just had to see the car, kept talking about his late 80s 300zx).
One issue was that I noticed a few scratches after the took the car to prep it for sale. I know for a fact that they were not there prior to the test drive and me making my decision to buy. They will be looking at it on Monday and hopefully I'll have a good experience with their Service Dept. Outside of that, everything with Grand Subaru went well. They helped me through the process on a busy Saturday and didn't mess with pricing from online to in-person. |
