I like to stay north of Orlando for just this reason. I have no interest in learning to speak Spanish. I love the Northwest Florida area (south of I10). We have the best beaches and a better climate than Southern Florida. Only thing I would like is more racetracks close by. I have considered a move to the ATL to be more centerally located to racetracks.

You don't HAVE to learn spanish, there's plenty of people who live in South FL who know zero spanish. It's an advantage yes, not a requirement. Racetracks suck down here though...

I know you don't have to learn it, but you really should if you want to live there. At least you have a few options like Homestead.

I agree with you and can definitely understand how it is annoying to nn-spanish speaking people. Homestead and PBIR have been said to be two of the most boring tracks

I have never understood what makes a track boring. Homestead is good enough for Grand Am to run there and it is a roval so you get to run the high banks.

Backtracking just a bit here, but I think it is crystal clear that "Rod the Mod" has nothing to do with the O/P or his build.
His theme song is obviously Queen - Night at the Opera - I'm in love with my car.

Yes, I know they were "pun"nishing us.
