For real. You guys get scared of turning TC/SC off(totally understandable) but I'm scared of leaving it on! I've gotten into some real hairy situations trying to go WOT and the TCS just gave me the middle finger.

Personally, I prefer VSC Sport mode. Allows some slip, doesn't intervene too quickly, and IMO is a happy medium. Completely off would better for drifting or pulling fast U-turns (with nobody around).

Yeah - it would be nice if the car noticed not only is the rear slipping, but the driver is hitting the gas hard - and given the driver input, let more slip occur.
