No I wasn't aware of that event... I am in London so I could have gone too!

And I am moving to Thunder Bay, Northern Ontario in a couple of days so that's where I will be living in for the next 4 years at least. Now... Who wants to go for a 'drive' up there with me?

Isn't that the reason you bought the car? I'd rather hop in the FR-S than on my motorcycle. Just go, no particular destination in mind.

I have to. There's no point using this car merely for the purposes of transportation.

I have taken my car out just for fun every day I have owned it (only a week now but still). Trying to cruise through the break-in period and really get to know the car. So far I am a bit intimidated by the clutch catch-point so I am probably going to adjust that using the DIY on this forum....

I'm way southeast in PA (borders DE) but the backroads here are still amazing and I'll always go on some random drive. Had a bunch of A.M. drives earlier this year to stay up and watch Formula 1.

Pretty much every day. I alternate between cars and motorcycles, weather permitting. I just need to be moving.

Yesterday I wanted to take my gf to get ice cream, so I drove 2 hours to the Panoramic HWY to take that to Stinson Beach to get ice cream and fries. You know, cuz it it was a shortcut.

I haven't done this in a while, that's why I randomly went out driving for while yesterday and shot some photos while at it.

Its also a good time recollect my thoughts while driving through the back roads and/or twisty mountain sides.

I used to do this in the middle of the night mostly if I couldn't sleep, because then there's rarely any cars on the roads, cops are usually asleep, a nice full moon light guides my way, and just taking in the moment from a different perspective at night time can be soothing/calming.

Frequently, and once my FR-S arrives it'll be daily for any or no reason. It helps to live in a mountainous national forest the size of Rhode Island with two-lane roads that remind me of Spa and one part-time deputy.

I got bored and hungry one time. Got behind the wheels and drove 30 mins just to get that 99 cents from jack in the box.
