Is anyone else intrigued by the 2014 Honda Grom? I am looking forward to seeing/riding it. It looks like a fun bike.

^hmmm not really haha. Looks like the ruckus competitor. I guess it is kind of a cool bike, but I don't get what it is for, and I can say its not really for me. I don't hate it though.

I agree. It is an interesting bike. I think it will be used more for a "toy" bike. Something people can do stunts on and if it wrecks it will be cheap to fix. I see it being similar to the FR-S/BRZ... underpowered but good handling and control. I am considering getting one when I can see it in person.

Grom is novel. It looks like a supermoto, acts like a supermoto, but it's pint-sized and the wheels are only 12".
Lilliputian-moto? It's not for me, but it's cool they are making it. We need more cool small bikes in USA! |

Nice patch!
Finished the MSF course yesterday. I was thinking it was going to be more difficult than it was >_<. Got - points for not using a rear brake when slowing.... anything about 15mph and lower I just two finger the front and downshift..... But now I am a lobster. Still a good course for the beginners. And now to address my heating issues >_< |

MV parts are scarce in the US and service shops scarcer. A GOOD service shop is priceless.
There's a shop in Seattle that services all the Itals other than Ducati that has a very good rep and fairly reliable lines to Italian distibutors. They're about the only ones for that sort of thing in the NW. Unless you know you have a reliable shop within a reasonale distance, you should probably steer away from MV. They look tits, but waiting for parts can be frustrating. Would maybe make a good looking second bike, but not for a primary.

I finally found the parts I was looking for to make a nice iphone mount for my bike. I really like the position of the phone here as I can still see my gauges and the phone doesn't protrude out.
I need to do a usb connnection/ port now. Any direction on that would be appreciated.
