kask2_6.0, that looks awesome! Great job, and thanks for the photos.

Do you know if there are any vertical-horizontal receiver adapters that'd provide enough ground clearance with that?

With the standard elbow style ones I've seen, the horizontal receiver would be under the car, which would cause ground clearance issues. I think it'd need to be behind the car as least as high as the ball mount in your photo. Perhaps something like the attached image.

However, I would would just weld (or have a shop weld) a receiver tube to the top of the Curt ball mount that I have. The shape of it fits our bumper perfectly!

I will most likely pigtail a plug off my tail lights. Ideally I would like to make a pigtail harness that goes between the car harness and the light itself (no splicing wires) but I haven't had any luck finding the tail light connectors.
