I would like to know how you pay for that as well. I work full time, 40+ hours a week making a good chunk of money and still have to manage my spending. Good for you though!

$650/month for car payment and insurance is definitely doable at 16 years old, but it's asking a lot for a kid in high school. Enjoy the ride bud! Just make sure to focus a bit on school- money comes to you much easier once you graduate college.

I wouldn't work 40hrs/week for a car, but I do work 48hrs/week for my mortgage, car payments, and car insurance. I'm 23.

To everyone: I work at an elementary school and make well above minimum wage to pay for it. 400 a month + gas. I'll be a senior next year and I will be working even more hours due to early release.

I do live with my parents but I do not get any allowance, they sometimes throw down some money for gas but mostly spend their cash on my older brother, who used to have an STI and then totaled it...

Im 24. my family runs a chinese restaurant soooo its kinda i pay for the car and they pay me. i dont know which one counts lol

i got my license late 16 maybe early 17 years of age. Got my dads 99 camry and thats what i drove till i could afford a new car. wanted a new mustang gt but it would have taken me way longer to save up for that. Heard about the ft86 concept being turned into the gt86 production car and followed it and fell in love with the finished product (in frs form)
