The 3" midpipe Jason stated he wanted to find a more suitable resonator to use that isn't just one of those grab of the shelf type ones. |

![]() That sounds like pure marketing BS. Assembly lines, run correctly, produce much higher quality and consistency than individual builds.

I can give you consistency ok, you might be right on that one. BUT, build quality, specially when talking about welded components, it will always be better made by a top quality craftsman than by a machine whose only purpose is to do it as fast as possible, much worse when a person is feeding the machine the pipe pieces, incomplete welds are bound to happen .

Tell that to all the guys with warped borla headers. Assembly lines can make high quality parts, doesn't mean they always do. Same goes for hand made stuff.

I don't know how comparing crap made on an assembly line in China to headers handmade in America is even worth looking at. If the same guy at .. <whatever we were talking about> made 10 headers at a time, one step at a time, they would be made faster and to AT LEAST the same level of quality. To state otherwise is a sales BS.

Just to keep life simple guys, I will be doing full Nameless exhaust, on the website where the axleback and high flow cat package exhausts are displayed, does anyone currently have any pictures for the darker shade exhaust systems as opposed to the regular brushed stainless color? And what is the optimum exhaust inch tips for better airflow? 4inches or 5? Also when exhaust bushings are presented on the page what exactly is that? And how many is should i purchase? Thanks guys! Btw, i know this setup once again leaves the midpipe stock but after reading all these comments Ill save the extra money and leave the stock midpipe.

There is a thread for Nameless axleback and buried there, are pictures for black painted axlebacks. What you are asking is the mufflers, not the tips. The tips they sell for our exhausts are 4" rolled. The muffler selection should be made on how much sound you want. Its not a big difference between the two, but if you want it QUIETER, you get the 5" mufflers. If you want it a bit LOUDER, you get the 4" mufflers. Great choice BTW! The sound and quality is awesome!

Im hoping nameless axelback with nameless catless downpipe/overpipe can get a very similar sound to this
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQXT6qKEGvI"]Nameless Performance axleback exhaust & Invidia Catless Frontpipe drive-by - YouTube[/ame] to me it sounds like it has a more throatier sound than the SRT Headerback and just a tad but raspier, overall IMHO previously owning the SRT Headerback exhaust this option sounds nicer. My guess is just because in that video Invidia catless downpipe will have the same exhaust note as nameless catless downpipe/overpipe... no? |

Yes, its very similar minus the "raspines". Nice, deep tone. Get the catted downpipe, they Dynoed both versions and there is no power gains from going Catless, only rasp and loudness is added.
