Since it's revived...the stabilizers aren't to keep the door from sagging, they are to make the door work to help stiffen the chassis.

I watched a Subaru Dealer open an already bought 04 STi roll the window down and sit on the open door. Subaru designs and builds well made cars and never had problems with my 05 WRX.... unit I got in to a 5 car pile up....

If you are that concerned with saggy doors just install Lambo hinges or keep the windows down and jump in dukes of hazzard style. If its rainy, just climb in through the trunk.
