I'm currently running CW10 4.1.2 AOKP on my Galaxy s2 i777. As soon as bluetooth connects, I'm allowed 5 seconds to adjust volume. My head unit only displays "BTA". I've only tried this with Double Twist but now I know its a problem with the ROM and not our head units. Besides the FM/Bluetooth switch for volume control, what I've been doing is setting my bluetooth volume to half on my phone then adjusting it on the head unit to something manageable. I place my phone in the little cubby by the aux and usb slot and adjust volume through my phone. |

Just putting in my .02...
I recently got an FR-S. My SGS3 on CM10.0 (android 4.1) could stream with Pandora over bluetooth, but the volume control didn't work on the stock radio. So I decided to upgrade to CM10.1 (android 4.2), and now the volume control works! For those of you running old ROMs, perhaps an upgrade could fix it? Upgrading from 4.1->4.2 is a major PITA though. Make sure to flash an upgraded custom recovery beforehand to avoid issues. |
