I'm still telling people 15 business days but it appears they are getting orders out at a much faster rate now

The car doesn't feel faster, until you look down and see how fast you are going.

The wingnuts are not actually "wingnuts", just quarter-turn fasteners with thumb "wings". They don't vibrate out, and even if they did, there's no where for them to go - they're captive.

I havent looked at the kit sitting in the shop yet, BUT pop the cover open and see if they have springs on the bottom side like DZUS button springs. If they do, you can get a small screw driver and put a little more tension on the springs. That should keep them from rattling.

I pulled out my thumb/ wing fasteners installed new 1/4 speed clip fasteners and chrome plated button heard Allen screw fasteners they hold lid much tighter and look effing sweet. available at LOWES Motorsports. Major thing that bugged me those mickey mouse grandpa wing nuts. first time I saw the kit months ago.

Lucky for you, you're going to get the MAF harness extension as part of your kit since it hasn't shipped yet. I missed that by a week and ended up paying extra for the harness! Well worth it if you dont' want to hack up your stock MAF harness.
The extension harness is now part of the kit??

I actually got them At ACE Hardware because they have CHROME Fastener selection so The allen button head bolts are 1/4 by 20 threads. with match speed nut/ fold over clamp. Lowes would have them I know HOME DEPOT sucks for anything hardware or remotely automotive.

Whats the normal operating oil temp range? You're talking about the engine oil not the synthetic fluid in the supercharger right? What oil are you using?

I agree as far as i can tell the ecu on this engine dials back power when running hot. I have one more question and idk if you or someone reading this can answer. What is the difference between an oil catch can and an oil catch can AOS type.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant track guys. One may hit that in an autocross in the middle of the summer, but the runs are short enough that you wont sustain that temperature for long. Flat out at the track for long periods of time is a different story.

I think I got slight compressor surge once today, it was a very faint flutter after shifting at redline in 3rd gear

By adding the SC kit do we still use the stock 0-20w oil? does it change the 3k mile change?

How often does the SC kit need maintenance?
