This is a great tip, and a great way to build a relationship. Unless you're capitalizing on free oil changes, you could instead go to a reputable specialty garage that may be better equipped to handles modified cars. I don't necessarily mean a tuning shop specifically, but a solid, well maintained repair shop well versed in all sorts of repairs with intelligent mechanics. Those are the guys you want to remember you, as they may be willing to go the extra mile knowing you appreciate them more than the average customer.

In all seriousness, not many people are low like Vic. Just using a jack to get under should work, if you're lower, try 2x4's and a jack
