TLracer, thanks a bunch. I'm definitely an enthusiast. I love cars, of any kind, and appreciate everyone's own style. Some I like better than others but I have a lot of respect for all "wrench turners." Thanks again!

Looks great, I personally like the semi flat look that plasti-dip provides.

I planned on using the glossifier but the gloss does not end up looking like regular paint. It looks more like satin/silk. I preferred this look much more.

I think you made the right choice going without the glossifier. That new pic also looks much better than the other summer squash yellow pics.

Looks great with the wheels too. Are you at stock height or lowered?

Stock height, the offset on the wheels helped eliminate some of the gap. I do plan on dropping it some here soon, probably just 1" or so tho.

Would you mind listing the materials (with quantities) you used for this project?

Thanks.

nope. You just rinse it off and let it dry.

nope. it's like a rubber coating so no need to clay bar that material.

However, you should clay bar before applying the plasti dip, just to get the contaminants out of the paint.

This is great. I've been planning to use the matte clear plasti with a bit of the glossifier once I get mine.
