Curious to hear more about the boost control setup used on this car.

I'd highly prefer a setup like this where the boost is controlled by Ecutek. IM*H*O it should come set up like that out of the box really.

Props to @Viaconti for setting it up right!

I took the plunge today, removed the fuel pump, and added two extra O rings, so now I have four. I can wholeheartedly say, my leaning issue sometimes at high RPM is gone. Car is now holding AFR's strong. I will update my journal soon.

I know!! And the sad part is that before installing i called and triple asked to be sure about all the install process. .

Although in their defense, maybe we dod something wrong installing the whole fuel keg assembly in the tank? Maybe not tight enough and that allows the FP to come out of its place a bit?

I wouldn't rule it out at least in my setup. This time I did everything properly (specially the freaking gasket) and tapped the lid a bit with a hammer and screwdriver to make sure it is TIGHT!!

The Visconti Pump uses the stock white spacer and includes two O rings. You won't need four for that one, two are fine.

The DW pump does not use the OEM white spacer but only includes two O Rings.

It's not suggested.

Nothing good can come from over taxing the direct injection system.

If your after higher boost levels spend the extra money on injectors .. Ecu controlled boost is also the cats ass
