Looks cool. I assume that u-bend pipe going to the TB isn't actually going to be routed that way?

I have alot more pics of finished piping. But dont want to post until everything is done and dynoed. Just waiting on parts to come back from being coated to protect against heat.

Just wondering why you opt to get a custom turbo set up built? You must have a lot of confidence I. Your mechanics

Name a company with a efr 7064 turbo kit on a FRS. Same confidence everyone else got with their kits. Plus I wanted to play with these new Borg Warner turbos.

Couldn't you just swap turbochargers on a kit? i worded it wrong. I didnt mean mechanics. But the people who are fabricating it.

I knew what u ment. No you can't just swap out a turbo on a kit. Being that the borg Warner turbos are large. A kit has to be built around the turbo.

i'd imagine he did it because it's fun. that's like asking 'why cook steak on the grill when there's a mcdonalds down the street?'. sure there is an easier way, but it's one-size-fits-all, and maybe you'd prefer components not offered in an off the shelf kit? obviously this guy wanted an efr, so he made it happen. kudos.

Hey Fabron, don't bother with an E-85 tune for at least another month. the winter mix here in Va Beach is BAD. Will be switching back to summer mix in a few weeks, so I'd wait till then for that part.

Really wow that sucks. I'll tell you what else sucks is waiting for your car to be done. When there is one thing left to do. Sent my headers to get ceramic coated. And one of their machines had to get a part replaced which put them behind. Soon as I get my headers back then I can get my tune. I was sitting on utube looking at videos to see how long the ceramic process takes LOL. I just want to drive it before monday. Being that I have to go back out to sea again.
