I am assuming Customer parts means your suplying these parts to a shop to build your kit and this was just a copy of your quote?

ft_sjo 03-23-2013 03:25 AM

Why did you choose a 600hp turbo? Don't like response?

Yeah just a copy of my quote. I didn't post every detail or the price. I'll give more details and pics later. Two things I hate is waiting on parts to get to the shop and waiting on the parts to be installed lol. The reason why I went with a bigger turbo is that I plan on making a decent amount of HP later on. Just want 400whp for now on E85. But if I can get 330-360 on 93 i'll take that, since its a good size turbo.

Borg warner efr 7064 is a good turbo from what I been reading. They put up good numbers if done correctly.

You and everyone else.

That number is not gonna happen on 93, with stock internals/compression.
Atleast not without throwing safety out the window(or the engine).
Possible with water/meth injection???

Don't take this in a bad fashion.
Not shittin on you're parade.
I hope/wish you do.

So keep us up to date, and thanks for sharing.

That number can and will happen on pump soon enough, sit back and watch what unfolds in the next few weeks.

I have pics soon as my shop starts the install. I go out to sea on the 15th of April until the 29th of April. While I'm away my car will be getting the kit installed. I will ask them to take pics and a video of the dyno. And I will take pics when I get back. This is not my first turbo car. Had a 2010 Camaro ss twin turbo. That was fast but was to heavy when slowing down at high speeds and did not handle curvy roads well. So this was my new turbo project. I have E85 in my area but there is like 3 E85 stations by me and 2 of them are down. So im trying to decide if I was to just go 93 to be safe, cause I don't want to get caught low on gas and the station is out of gas or out of order. Any ways getting a custom oil catch can and oil cooler to go with the kit to be on the safe side. If they can start on my car before I leave for 2 weeks i'll be happy to drive it. But everyone got their tax returns and wants thier cars to be fast so have to wait my turn in line LOL.
