Do you have a rear lower control arm also that allows for more shock travel? If he's at 1/2" left for bump I'm not too surprised about hitting the bump stops

You weren't able to get enough camber with the R2 camber plates? Do you have OEM crash bolts? I'd imagine that OEM crash bolts + Eibach R2 camber plates would net you over 3.5 in negative camber at the front.
Without the crash bolts I was getting 1.9 max and with it I was getting probably around 2.5 max... I wanted something that will get me up to 3.5 at least so I can run from 3.0-3.5 and see what i like best.

Robi has this top mount cup. I believe it replaces the top plate (the plate with the two bolts) and with that you get more suspension travel.

I suppose I could do 500/650 instead.

We make the 7" springs up to 1100 lbs/in.

Here's a list of 6" and 7" springs you can use on these coilovers.

I was just looking at images of the coils and if they dont have a third locking ring, doesnt the preload change and be different for each individual coilover?

Not everyone buys into the separate preload adjustment. In this case, you just adjust the height which pre loads your linear springs...
