I think TRD probably helped in some of the development but I think the unit was produced by Magnuson. It features TRD lettering on the unit, but I don't know that TRD directly made the unit. FWIW.

There is another thread on this forum all about this car. This is the much awaited TRD supercharger that was in development. Each one cost $26K and you have to buy them two at a time. They are targeted at race teams and not intended for street use.

Toyota promised that they were developing a supercharger for the GT86/FR-S. That got everyone amped up. And they delivered. Too bad race only with a base price that is higher than the base price of the whole car.

Run the car NA in the class where it belongs Scion/Toyota! If you want to play in the bigs with the big boys then build the Supra.

Having fallen on my bike frame one years ago while riding my bike (because I was being stupid), I can imagine how that feels. I learned the hard way that you really can bruise those parts, lol.

I think I'll be satisfied with my intake and (when it gets here) my exhaust--cause I'd be afraid the car would eventually give out if I hadd something like a supercharger (not to mention the $$S it'd cost to begin with). Would love to see a new Supra, though.

Had some engine issues prior to Belle Isle and did not partake in any events.

This is sort of embarrassing for Scion/TRD who is a sponsor. You have a great platform and a young and talented driver.
