Woohoo! Mine came on Friday and it's awesome. Thanks again jpit!
![]() A word of caution though for folks. I always find a way to do something stupid in any install. In this instance, I accidentally pushed a couple of the little rubber grommets all the way through. I have no idea how I did it because the holes were properly sized, but the flanges aren't a ton larger in diameter and Whoops! there they went. So, I had to skip a couple of holes, but it's still snug and secure so no worries. I also didn't bother taking it apart. I found it was pretty easy to stick the screws in and then start the grommets underneath for those two on the hinge side and then just stuff it all in and tighten it down. |

Oh yeah, that's a good idea. I was going to do something similar but I thought I'd try it with the remaining grommets first. It still feels plenty secure so I figured good enough.

I just sent payment (forcefedvr4)... I'm happy with my sportsguy83 armrest, but this is too perfect at too good a price to hesitate.

I have an extra armrest if someone wants it at a deep discount. HOWEVER, the leather is stained (my fault) and hardware is not included. Someone here posted hardware you can get at lowes or Home Depot. This would be good if you want to get the armrest custom done (JPM & the like).
