The vertical Cusco is not an empty can hence the price difference.

The vertical is a chambered canister with an upper and lower chamber. In the center of the two chambers is a mesh cylinder through which the vapor flows. Its just as functional as the saikou stuff and personally I like the design of the Cusco better. The vertical Cusco is smaller and less intrusive in the engine bay then a lot of others out there. I run the vertical myself and it functions just as it should with legit separation.
