Nice setup! I have the same wheels and tires but went a little wider on the tires at 235, just got them on last week but the weather was so horrible I refused to drive it then but at least its gotten warmer now.
Like the bronze looks good on the asphalt grey! You know what would be really funny is if we both got our wheels and tires from the same place LOL |

I bought the wheels and tires from GBtires.ca, and had the wheels coated by a place in Cambridge called Strippping Technologies.
I was originally trying to get some of the factory bronze ones, but I missed the first round of them and didn't want to wait for June to get my hands on a set.

Wow! 224 tires.Really, I would have gone with 225's myself because the extra width makes them MUCH grippier, but to each his own.
![]() Seriously, nice look with the wheels. I will be going with the gold RPF1's for my Whiteout FR-S. Still winter here though, expecting 5-8" of snow tonight.

Haha! 225's were far too expensive so I settled on 224's

Just put on my new wheels.
Tell me what you think, positive or negative. The setup is Enkei RPF1 17x8 +45 and Falken fk-453 235/40/17. I still need to adjust the coilovers which will happen Sunday. I ran out of time today.

I got the tires for almost $40 less (for each tire) than the retail cost. I couldn't pass them up.

Ya after everything gets adjusted it will look great! You may need to see about getting the rear tire a little further out, but that's minor. I really like the contrast.

Looks good! Think you need a spacer on the back just to fine tune the fitment, but great choice on wheels and color, works nicely.
