I'll let you know what I do, but its very probably my solution will not work for you because it will involve either moving the turbo discharge pipe, or getting a new one made.

Loosen all the exhaust connections. Stick a pry bar in there where you need more clearance and then tighten everything back down. I had to work with my JDL overpipe and uppipe to get the clearance I wanted as well:

Awesome. I am still working on my EBC settings to get the best curve I can. I am almost there.

My MBC is kind of weird. More PSI every gear?? Its like doing boost by gear on its own.. LOLLL

7 and change psi in second, 8 + in third almost 9 in fourth and haven't checked more than that.

The state in their instructions that you should check PSI at 3rd or 4th, because if you check in 1st or 2nd, PSI will be higher at higher gears, but I don't understand why.... Probably they designed it like that, but what have they done different than any other MBC and why did they do it like that.

I put the universally recommended half hole preload in the WG.

If after you adjust the downpipe and overpipe and it still rattles try upgrading your motor mounts. The motor rocking around on the stock mounts will cause it to move. With the mounts all nice and solid it could fix it.

I installed Perrin mounts last weekend mostly because I wanted to see if it cured this. It didn't, but I'm pretty certain the pry bar below and loosening the midpipe and turbo discharge pipe should work!

Thanks for the suggestion! On another note, I get compliments on the gauge cluster EVERYWHERE I go (well, except for user ft sjo LOL)

Hope everything is going good Mike!!

Regarding the overpipe hitting the frame, running a 2.5" pipe through there was already a pretty tight fit (vs the 3" ). We ended up using the AVO 2.5" over pipe and have not had any issue with contact. But I have the auto which trends to have less engine movement during shifts.

It IS a very tight fit!!

Ihave the solution pictured in my mind, but the pain in the ass is going out and doing it LOL. Worst case scenario, a new 3" turbo discharge pipe an inch shorter will for sure do the trick.

It's not the MBC's fault, it has to do with engine load and turbochargers. Turbochargers respond better as the engine load goes up. The higher the gear, the higher the engine load due to gearing. Same reason a clutch won't hold in 6th gear, for instance, but would in 4th.

So generally, you'd see the turbo reaching peak boost in 1st and 2nd gear around 3000-3500 (assuming you even have time to pay attention), then dropping to 3000 in 3rd, then 2500-2800 in 4th, then even quicker in 5th/6th.
