No, that pic is part number 60541 the de catted, un resonated front pipe / over pipe combo.

Working from header back:
over pipe -> front pipe (contains 2nd cat and a small muffler) -> mid pipe (contains resonator) -> axleback (aka muffler)

The Borla catback (and all cat backs for that matter) replaces the factory midpipe and axle back section.

There are several over pipe / front pipe combo's including this borla piece, nameless, motiv, etc.

Wow, is the stock exhaust that restrictive? I always had good experience with stock exhaust + HFC or test pipe with other cars before.

I just don't want to make this car too loud, but I am planning to replace stock cat with either hfc or testpipe..

Just a guess. Going off of the fact that most cat backs only gain you about 5-10hp.

Getting a Catback is going to replace your Axle back ( Rear muffler ) and the mid pipe ( resonator ). Getting this pipe, a Front pipe + Overpipe combo which will remove your 2nd Cat and replace it with an uncatted front pipe. While the over pipe is going to replace the part coming from the headers to the front just to a less restrictive design.
and if you plan on doing the Borla headers, you are going to end up with a full catless exhaust because the primary cat is located in the headers and borla's design eliminates it
i think you guys should note that this front/over pipe is a 2.25" design

i plan on doing a revworks uel and this, also what's so bad about a 2.25 design? Seems the best for a NA engine like ours.

Nothing wrong with 2.25 on this car, I think any bigger is not optimal for an NA vehicle.

Yeah i noticed that as well, oh well.

Just finished putting it on about half an hour ago.

INSTALLATION:
Good god that front pipe is hard to get out/put in. I had to unbolt the headers to get the flange lined up. Other then that, its pretty self explanatory, which is good because there was NO instructions at all, nor are there any on the borla website. Its a 1 person job though, although it did take me about 3 hours.

RESULTS:
The butt dyno likes it. The car seems to rev up a little quicker and and growls a little harder(I already had Borla catback before this). No rasp, that i've noticed yet, although i've only driven it for about 5 miles. Its louder then with just the cat back, but not obnoxious or tiring(again, only driven it a little)

So the first impressions are good. This is my 4th Borla purchase and have yet to be disappointed.

I'm confused... You had a borla catback already aka mid pipe and axle back... Now this fits in where?

The cat back goes from the cat(not including the cat) back to the exhaust tips. The mid pipe/front pipe goes from the headers(not including headers) to where the cat back come in.

Basically cat back is the back half of the car, mid pipe is front half(not including headers). So now I've replaced everything except the headers.

It is a little confusing since there is a cat in the stock midpipe as well as the headers. The term "cat back" refers to the one in the midpipe.
