any update on this? i have the same issue... it takes my car at least 10 min with it on at high to feel any warmth from the seat..

like an idiot i didn't even think to just pull the negative on the battery and allow everything to reset. that's basically what they did lol. i noticed it does get warm now. One thing to keep in mind also is that they're made to turn off when they get to a certain temperature so if you have the a/c temperature set in the mid 70's or so, if the seats get warm from that, they won't stay on long enough to really feel it cause it'll reach their max temperature quicker. i definitely notice a difference though after they unplugged the battery. if i set the temperature to high 60's/70ish i can feel them warm up. definitely not as hot as other cars but they believe that to be due to the nature of the alcantara which doesn't fluctuate as much with temperature changes as say leather would.
