I went with the FT-S because of Toyota's service and warranties. I don't like how Subaru always tries to say if anything happens to the car its the owners fault and not the car... Toyota just fixes it without any problems or arguments.

OP - Don't rely on photos in deciding, make sure you see the two variants as closely together in time/place as you can, it may change your perceptions. The front "biteguard" on the BRZ, which I thought was a big negative when viewed in photos, was basically a non-issue IRL, especially with a mounted front plate. And the subtle detailing of the BRZ front lights is IMO far more appealing than the cheap-looking chromed-out FRS alternative.
The Limited's interior is simply much classier than the FRs's - the latter's tacky velour seat fabric and its HVAC control panel (brought over from a 90's Tercel) are inexcusable in a $25k car. At least Scion is dumping that horrid base HU next year. Not a fan of the BRZ's silver dash piece though, would swap for the FRs's carbon fibre strip if possible. Are you serious? Where did you hear/read that? I hope they won't force the BeSpoke on buyers with an automatic hike in price. That BeSpoke HU is complete garbage (look at reviews on youtube). People only bought it because it looked better than the base radio and had the name Pioneer written somewhere.

I saw the post. Scion reportedly announced it via their Instagram account. I think it's too soon to say if that'll be the case for the FR-S in Canada. That's cool for the US clients though.

It's the same exact car.... besides some cosmetics..... the question should be.. Do i want leather, the crappy nav system, the different looking front bumper, spoiler, heated leather seats...? Are you a daily driver or you going to be doing racing events?

If Scion adds navigation standard on all FRS, wouldnt that jump up the price by $800?

I also liked the frs front end over the brz, thats why I got the frs. But after a month of having the frs, I sometimes wish I got the brz. It looks a little more mature, and the leather, hid, push button start would have been nice. I would test drive them both to see if you end up liking one over the other.
