Sorry to hear that man. I work at a scion dealership in socal and it really Is disappointing to see other dealers workers treat peoples cars like that. I especially hate to hear the story's of workers taking the cars out for joy rides as if they never had a chance to test drive one when it was on the lot for sale. That's what I did while I was waiting for mine.

Alright so I got NOTHING from the email support system, just a canned response that ignored everything I emailed them about. Anyone have a suggestion as to where I can mail my letter or whom I can email?

Well I don't live too far from there and I know where NOT to take my car..

I bought from Eatontown and the sales dept. there was incredible. However, their (and many toyota/scion dealers) staff aren't well versed with the FR-S. They ordered me a new fuel pump and 2 rear lights a couple months ago. The parts just came in and I've been "busy" lately. Hopefully they try that stuff out on another FR-S before mine (I bought the first one they got almost a year ago).

When I went there for a routine oil change it took me 3 trips to do so cause each time they were missing something like a filter, oil, or even power (damn you to hell Sandy). But at least the people there are extremely nice and helpful. I have very little fear that they would "purposely" mistreat my car like those dipsh*ts did to yours.

Good luck getting anything from them
